Why this prompt works

Social banners need two things text prompts ignore: platform aspect ratio and mobile contrast. Specifying both prevents generating beautiful images that look wrong on the actual platform or become unreadable as thumbnails.

Tips for best results

  • For YouTube thumbnails: add 'shocked/excited face close-up on left, bold text on right, high contrast' — this is the highest-converting thumbnail formula
  • Generate 3 colour palette variations of the same layout to A/B test which performs better
